February 2, 2010 Timbermen and Shamrocks trade player rights Nanaimo Timbermen have traded the playing rights of Seth Lucas to the Victoria Shamrocks. In exchange the Nanaimo Timbermen will get the playing rights to Nick Bell. This trade is contingent on both players reporting to tryout camps. |

January 8, 2010 Pick for Player Flipped in Trade The Victoria Jr. Shamrocks and Coquitlam Jr Adanacs completed a trade. Victoria traded it's 2nd round (15th overall) 2010 draft pick to Coquitlam. In return Coquitlam traded the playing rights to Jake Emms drafted in the eight round in the 2008 Free Agent Midget draft by Coquitlam. |

June 12, 2009 Langley sheds players for future draft picks In a busy draft day with Langley at the head of the class, the Thunder trade Mitch Dibblee, Michael King, and Ray Hodgkinson, to Burnaby for Lindsay Flynn, Andrew Copeland and Burnaby's 1st round pick in 2010 and Nanaimo's 1st round pick, also in 2010 (owned by Burnaby from an earlier trade). Langley also trades Scott Davidson to Port Coquitlam for their 5th round draft pick in 2010. Langley then made their third deal of the day, trading Sean Messenger to Delta for their 4th round draft pick in 2010. |

February 6, 2009 Nanaimo and Burnaby trade picks prior to draft. The Nanaimo Timbermen and the Burnaby Lakers have announced a pre-draft swap of first round picks in the Midget Draft set for Sunday, February 8th. Nanaimo acquires Burnaby's first round pick in 2009, at #8 overall. In exchange, Burnaby acquires Nanaimo's, first and third round, picks in the 2010 draft. "This worked well for both clubs," said Forbes Mitchell, GM of the Nanaimo Timbermen. "The move allows our coaching staff to have more leverage in drafting the players they would like to have in our organization. We have a very young and talented core group now, and we feel confident that we will come out of the 2009 draft with some very high caliber lacrosse players." |
